The Rolla Lady Bulldogs had their second player sign their letter of intent to play college volleyball on Wednesday. Loran Pritchett will compete next year in the Great Lakes Valley Conference at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.

Pritchett is a three-sport athlete that competes in volleyball, basketball and track.

The senior is Rolla’s leader in aces with 144 in her career and second in career assists. She had 408 kills in her career, as well as 142 blocks and is second in digs with 754.

“Loran always brings a lot of passion to the court. She has been a good server, passer, blocker and defensive player as well as being a leader in our offense with consistent setting and good hitting. We will miss her leadership,” Rolla coach Stephanie Pritchett said.

Pritchett was All-Ozark Conference selection in volleyball in 2017, 2018 and 2019. She was First Team her junior and senior season. Prtichett also made the All-District team in 2017 as an honorable mention and First Team this last fall. She was All-District Second Team last year and made the First Team this season.

In basketball she was All-District Second Team her sophomore season. As a junior she was All-Ozark Conference First Team and earned a spot on the Missouri Media All-District Team as well. Pritchett was part of a district champion, Ozark Conference Co-Champion and Class 4 state quarterfinalist program in her time with the Lady Bulldogs.

Pritchett has also earned All-District track twice.

“It will be challenging, but I am so excited for this opportunity,” Loran said about the chance to continue her volleyball career.
