EMINENCE — Two men have been arrested in the death of a woman whose body was found inside a burned-down home earlier this month in southern Missouri, authorities said.

Stanley Kenaga, 30, was charged Thursday with second-degree murder and burglary in the death of 77-year-old Barbara Lynn, station KYTV reported. The Shannon County Sheriff's Office said another man also has been arrested in the case and is expected to face similar charges.

Officials found Lynn's body inside a burned-out home in Birch Tree on April 2. Witnesses said Lynn had only lived in the home for a few months.

The Shannon County coroner, sheriff and fire marshals determined Lynn's death was suspicious and began an intense investigation that led to numerous tips in the case, officials said.
