ST. LOUIS — A man from north St. Louis County who was recently sentenced to life in prison for two 2016 homicides in St. Louis County's Castle Point area has received another life sentence for two St. Louis homicides in the same year.
Brandon J. Harris, 35, was sentenced again to life on Friday after pleading guilty to two reduced counts of second-degree murder, robbery and other charges, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported. That plea came in the shooting deaths of Travis Jones, 32, and Patrick Wilhite, 37. Police said Jones was killing in his St. Louis apartment on July 14, 2016, and Wilhite was shot to death two days later.
Harris had originally been charged with first-degree murder for those killings.
In November, Harris was sentenced to six concurrent life terms in a double homicide that left Dana Robinson, 35, and Antonio C. Harris, 37, dead during an armed robbery on July 20, 2016, in Castle Point.
