The Rolla Regional Economic Commission (RREC) is pleased to announce the 2019 Wage and Benefit Survey.
The Wage and Benefit Survey is a useful tool for employers to utilize for employee wage and benefit comparisons. It is a critical tool for existing companies to attract and retain employees but also for other companies who may be considering the Rolla area.
The RREC is proud to provide this valuable service and to be collaborating with the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce and the St. James Chamber of Commerce in order to reach out to as many local businesses as possible. In order to make this survey the most valid and beneficial it is important that a representative and diverse number of area companies participate.
The RREC asks for your participation to produce a report that is timely and valuable. The RREC is partnering with Actuarial Consulting Services, Inc. (ACS) to manage the survey process. ACS
will electronically distribute the survey, collect responses, analyze the data and produce a report of the survey results.
In early April, you will be receiving a survey invitation email from ACS to participate in the 2019 survey. This email will include the survey document and directions on how to complete. Please keep an eye out for the invitation. If you do not receive the invitation by April 5th , please contact ACS directly at (402) 614-1844 or at ACS@ACShrbenefits.com.
