The St. James baseball team played in the ninth District in Class 4 filled with tough competition. Despite making a first round exit in an eight inning 3-2 loss to Southern Boone, the Tigers had two players named to the All-District team.

Evan Grayson had a phenomenal season in his senior year and added another honor to the list by being named first team All-District. He batted .538 in the season with three home runs, six doubles, a pair of triples and 23 RBI. He also had a perfect record on the mound and didn't allow an earned run all season, while striking out 49 batters. He didn't have much of a chance to chip in during Districts, as he was walked in two of his four plate appearances.

Gunnar Seams also earned All-District Honorable Mention honors for the Tigers. He had one of St. James' four hits and drove in one run in their District loss to Southern Boone to cap off a solid season. The junior batted .286 out of the leadoff spot this season with two home runs, 15 runs scored and seven RBI. He was also 3-0 on the mound as the Tigers' number three pitcher, accumulating an ERA of 2.38 in 17.6 innings and striking out 19.
