David Bushdiecker was indicted on federal methamphetamine related charges, United States Attorney Richard G. Callahan announced today.
Bushdiecker, 38, Owensville, MO, was indicted January 7, 2010, on one felony count of possession of pseudoephedrine knowing that it would be used to manufacture methamphetamine. The alleged activities occurred between December 27, 2007 and October 18, 2009 in Gasconade, St. Louis, and St. Charles Counties. He is expected to appeared in federal later this week.
If convicted, this charge carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and/or fines up to $250,000.
Callahan commended the work on the case by the St. Louis County and Brentwood Police Departments, the U.S. Marshal’s Service; and Assistant United States Attorney Jeannette Graviss, who is handling the case for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
The charges set forth in an indictment are merely accusations, and each defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
