Judo is back at The Centre.
Anyone age eight and older may sign up for this activity, which can be a sport, an art, a discipline, a fitness workout or a means of self-defense.
The instructor is nationally certified and the club is recognized by USA Judo.
Strict rules and padded mats help ensure safety. Classes meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-9 p.m. in the Centre’s Activity Room.
The fee for the class is $40 per calendar month with Centre members receiving a $5 discount. There is also a special rate for families. Any three family members may sign up for only $90 per calendar month with Centre members receiving a $15 discount. To register or receive additional information, stop by The Centre or call 341-2FUN.
