The Missouri S&T women’s basketball team is ready to lace ‘em up for real this weekend, as the Lady Miners open the 2009-10 campaign by hosting the Lady Miner Tip-Off Classic.
The four-school event will be held on Billy Key Court at the Gale Bullman Multi-Purpose Building Friday and Saturday. Teams participating will be S&T, Upper Iowa, Wayne State (Mich.) and Arkansas Tech.
On Friday it will be Arkansas Tech vs. Wayne State at 5 p.m. with the Lady Miners facing Upper Iowa at 7 p.m.
On Saturday Upper Iowa takes on Arkansas Tech at 1 p.m. followed by the S&T vs. Wayne State game at 3 p.m.
