Senior Kim Carter, second from right, of the Rolla High School girls’ soccer team on Tuesday signed a national letter of intent to play soccer at Fontbonne University in St. Louis.

Carter has been a key member of the Lady Bulldog varsity squad the past three seasons and is a starting midfielder this spring.

Also pictured, from left, are RHS girls’ soccer head coach Mike Howard and Kim’s parents, Kelly and Joe Carter.

At Fontbonne Carter will join former Lady Bulldog teammate Kaitlin Bramel on the soccer squad. Bramel was a freshman starter for Fontbonne as a freshman this school year on both the women’s soccer and basketball teams. dave roberts/staff
