Fay Ann Ross passed away at her home in rural St. James, Mo., on Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.  Fay Ross was 66 years, 2 months, and 8 days of age.
Fay Ross was born on Aug. 23, 1943, in St. Louis, Mo., to her parents: Jim and Edith (Phillips) Carrigan.
Fay Ross was a member of the Broadway Baptist Church in rural St. James, Mo.  She was a homemaker and a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
Fay Ross is survived by her loving husband of the home: Virgil E. Ross of St. James, Mo.; three Dear daughters:  Brenda Palmer and husband Terry of Steelville, Mo.; Chris Storm and husband Donnie of Licking, Mo.; and Jeannie Boyce of Phoenix, Ariz.; three brothers: Charles Buhlinger of Owensville, Mo.; and John Carrigan and Jim Buhlinger of St. James, Mo.; and one sister: Edith Schneider of St. James, Mo.; 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends. Fay will be greatly miss by all who knew and loved her.
Preceding Fay in death is her parents: Jim and Edith (Phillips) Carrigan and one brother: Morris Carrigan.
Fay Ann Ross was cremated; no services are planned.
All arrangements are under the direction of the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
