Kenneth Norman Arvieux, of Rolla, Mo., passed away Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the age of 56.
Kenneth Arvieux was born Aug. 18, 1952, in El Dorado, Kan., to the late Louis Chester Arvieux and Juanita Carmel (Sapien) Arvieux. On July 30, 1977, he married Susan (Lawrence) Arvieux who survives of the home.
Kenneth served as a deacon at the Landmark Baptist Church. He worked as a data base service assistant for Missouri S&T. He had also worked for many years at Brewer Science.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by a set of twins.
He will be sadly missed by his surviving family which includes his wife, Susan Arvieux of the home; one son, Benjamin Lawrence Arvieux of Rolla; two daughters, Rebecca Sue Arvieux of Villa Ridge, Mo., and Maleah Dawn Arvieux of Kansas City, Kan.; three brothers, Daniel Arvieux and wife Diana of Aurora, Ore., Louis Arvieux and wife, Kathy of North Carolina and Gerald Arvieux and wife, Sharon of Emporia, Kan., and five grandchildren, Truett Colin Campbell Hayden, Justin Tyler Schneider, Kyra McKensie Hayden, Ainsley Renee Hayden and Jackson Kenneth Dust; and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at the Landmark Baptist Church in Rolla with Pastor Darren Myers officiating.
Interment will follow the service at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, Mo., with full military honors.
A visitation will be held from 6 to 9 p.m. on Monday, July 6, 2009, at the Null and Son Funeral Home in Rolla.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Landmark Baptist Church.
