Alma Lacy (nee Nevins) died Thursday, Oct. 29, 2009, in St. James.
Alma was born March 4, 1921, the daughter of Luther Nevins and Maude Iva (Stewart) Nevins.
She had one sister, Edna (Nevins) Schroeder, and one brother Paul Nevins.
Alma married Kasten Judson Lacy on Oct. 1, 1941, and to this union two sons were born, Charles William and Robert Paul Lacy. Robert’s children include three daughters, Amanda, Emily and Rachel. Alma also had four great grandchildren, five nieces and nephews.
Alma passes away at the Golden Living Center in St. James. 
Visitation will be held from 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, at James & Gahr Funeral Home in St. James.
Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Nov. 2. Interment at Kinder Cemetery in Cuba.
