Irvin Jefferson Hawkins, of Rolla, passed away at the Bothwell Hospital in Sedalia on Wednesday, Jan. 27, 2010, at the age of 88.
He was born in Rolla on July 1, 1921, to the late Thomas Jefferson and Lucettie (Steck) Hawkins.
A funeral service for Irvin Hawkins will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 31, 2010, at the Null & Son Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Cook officiating.
Interment with full military honors will follow in the Rolla City Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held prior to the service Sunday beginning at noon.
