Those attending the City Council meeting Tuesday got a first-hand look at the Master Plan for the Rolla West project, and one person who couldn’t be happier with one proposal of that plan is Bob Oetting.
Oetting, 75, of 22 Burgher Drive, is a retired Missouri S&T mechanical and aerospace professor with a passion for golf. One proposal of the city’s Master Plan as presented by Brian Comer of HNTB Engineering depicted a public golf course on the city’s western edge.
