Veterans get their park

Rolla, Mo. -
Rolla City Council members on Tuesday gave veterans a place to call their own while saving an estimated $75,000 to $100,000 on a bridge to a park that will not be built as it unanimously approved a resolution renaming Southview Park as Veterans Memorial Park.
