The Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce hosted a business conference, with Secretary of State Robin Carnahan and Brad Jones from the National Federation of Independent Business. The day-long session focused on marketing, customer service, human resources and financing. The Rolla Optimists installed their board and recognized members for their service. The Noon Kiwanis elected their officers.
