Wassilak had a fantastic game for Rolla with 20 points in the victory. Coverdell added another eight points in the victory.

There was no championship played, as it was set to be a matchup of the Rolla teams. As a result, both teams were able to finish their seasons with perfect records. The A team finished the year 12-0, while the B team was 8-0.

"Our undefeated season, both A and B teams, is a remarkable accomplishment," said head coach Kaitlin Jones. "These girls have worked extremely hard to end with a perfect season and our record is proof of their hard work and dedication. But the one thing the books won’t show, is how amazing this group of girls are off the court."

Coach Jones enjoyed the season she had with these girls and hopes their success carries into the high school level.

"It has been a fun season and I am lucky to have been their coach this season," said coach Jones. "It is my hope that these girls will continue their basketball successes through teamwork to continue our Rolla Lady Bulldog basketball traditions."

The Lady Bulldogs will be honored for their perfect season during the varsity girls' game against Glendale on Thursday, Feb. 15. It will also be Senior Night for Rolla.
