Information is scant in a possible missing person situation in Miller County, but the sheriff’s office shared a Facebook post on a Rolla woman who reportedly went missing from the Lake area earlier in November.
The post - made by Tonia Reed Light of Vida in Phelps County - states that Michelle Fennell of Rolla was last seen on or about Nov. 11, 2017 in the Eldon area. Light is Fennell’s fiance’s sister. John Fennell is also from Rolla.
On Nov. 18, Light made the post asking anyone with information to contact the Miller County Sheriff’s office. The sheriff’s office shared that post to its Facebook page on Nov. 22.
According to Light, Michelle Fennell has not made contact with any family members.
Michelle Fennell’s Facebook page does not show any public posts since Nov. 6. It indicates she is a single and lives in Rolla.
A spokeswoman from the Miller County Sheriff’s Office said no further information was available.
Michelle Lee Fennell has been placed in the Missouri State Highway Patrol Missing Persons online clearinghouse, but there is no missing person poster with additional information available at this time.
The MSHP database does confirm that Michelle Fennell has been missing since Nov. 11, 2017, but indicates the 45-year-old is missing from the Tuscumbia area of Miller County.
There is also no photo of Michelle Fennell in the database, but Light supplied multiple pictures in her Facebook post.
