Personal Training staff at The Centre announced Friday that public demand for the extreme fitness program fueled the return of the popular ‘Battleground’ class this fall. The six-week intensive high-energy training program combines rigorous group fitness sessions, one-on-one attention, and health tips, to give participants accelerated results. “You are only limited by the barriers you place around yourself,” Personal Trainer Jay Hartman stated.  Battleground runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings September 11 through October 20.
