Christmas is completed, now to start planning for the new year. It is crazy how Christmas changes once you get older. I remember when I was little, Christmas seemed to last forever. Now that I am 24, Christmas only seemed to last a day. Not to mention, Santa doesn't give the same presents as he did when I was little. I remember Christmas being all about the random toys and a few needed items. As we get older, Santa gives us more needed items. Some times Christmas is just a reason to update the kitchen appliances. I can't complain, Santa was very good to me this year. But, it's interesting to compare what we thought was awesome ten years ago. It's fun to talk to my friends about their presents. It's neat to hear how excited we are for new coffee pots and vacuums. It's interesting to me to see how Christmas changes once you get older. I guess the Christmas season changes because our priorities change.
