  • Three Rolla men face drug charges in connection with methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and money that was seized south of Rolla Wednesday.

  • Three Rolla men face drug charges in connection with methamphetamine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and money that was seized south of Rolla Wednesday.
    William C. Crank II, 49, Randall R. Houston, 54, and John M. Hannan, 42, all of Rolla, were arrested on the drug charges this past week.
    According to Missouri Case.net, the state’s online court records system, Crank is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, a Class B felony.
    Houston and Hannan have each been charged with possession of a controlled substance, a Class C felony.
    All three men were placed in the Phelps County Jail. Crank’s bond was set at $50,000. Houston’s and Hannan’s bonds were each set at $25,000.
    The charges come after officers with the South Central Drug Task Force, Phelps County Sheriff's Department and Rolla Police Department concluded a short-term narcotics investigation, which led them to serve a search warrant in the 12000 block of Beaver Manor Drive south of Rolla.
