  • A Rolla man who faces drug and tampering charges is behind bars after law enforcement officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia from his home Tuesday.

  • A Rolla man who faces drug and tampering charges is behind bars after law enforcement officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia from his home Tuesday.
    Adam W. Light, 23, was arrested Wednesday in connection with the items seized after officers served a search warrant in the 10000 block of County Road 2020 north of Rolla.
    He is charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, a Class B felony, and tampering with evidence, a Class D felony.
    His arrest comes after officers with the South Central Drug Task Force, Phelps County Sheriff's Department and Rolla Police Department conducted a short-term narcotics investigation.
    Light was placed in the Phelps County Jail, and his bond was set at $100,000.
