Bulldogs fourth in Waynesville Tourney.
The Rolla High School boys’ tennis team was shut out by Springfield Kickapoo 9-0 in a dual meet on Tuesday.
Rolla falls to 4-4 in dual-meet action.
Here are the results, with the RHS players listed first:
Nathan Graham lost to Mitchell Howard, 8-6.
Aidan Gelles lost to Garrett Howard, 8-3.
Parker Nesbitt lost to Alex Villasenor, 8-4.
Ben Hushaw lost to Patrick Coday, 8-3.
Patrick Beasley lost to Andy Wu, 8-1.
Rohit Allada lost to Bennett Conway, 8-1.
Graham-Gelles lost to Howard-Coday, 8-6.
Nesbitt-Hushaw lost to Howard-Villasenor, 8-3.
Beasley-Allada lost to Wu-Conway, 8-1.
The Bulldog netters placed fourth in the nine-school Waynesville Tournament on Saturday.
School of the Osage won the tournament with 46 points while Kickapoo was second with 41, Republic third with 33, Rolla fourth with 26, Waynesville, Camdenton and Forsyth tied for fifth with 15, Lebanon eighth with six and Richland ninth with three.

In Singles Flight 1 Graham placed fourth, going 4-2 and losing to Waynesville’s Robert Osborn 6-3 in the third-place match.
In Singles Flight 2 Jarod Rieth finished 2-2.
In Doubles Flight 1 Gelles-Nesbitt finished 2-2 overall and took third place, falling to Osage’s Keith-Wilson in the third-place match 6-1.
In Doubles Flight 2 Madria-Hushaw advanced to the championship match and ended up runner-up. Madria-Hushaw was 2-1, losing to Kickapoo’s Patrick Coday-Villasenor 8-3.
The Bulldogs are scheduled to host Jefferson City Helias at 4:30 p.m. today in a dual meet at Ber Juan Park.
