The Lady Bulldogs are slated to return to Ozark Conference action with a pair of home games this week, hosting Waynesville at 5 p.m. today and Camdenton at 5 p.m. Thursday.
On Friday freshman Addy Brow scored a goal assisted by sophomore Emma Laney seven minutes into the game. Senior Nicole Howard scored again on an assist by freshman Morgan Gabriele with three minutes remaining in the first half.
Senior Amy Jernigan scored on a penalty kick with four minutes left to end the RHS scoring.
On Saturday Howard opened the scoring on an assist by junior Natalie Craun 22 minutes into the game. Howard scored another goal 30 seconds into the second half off an assist from junior Meggy Ross.
Hudson gave Rolla its eight shutout of the season.
“It was a good weekend of soccer for us,” said RHS head coach Mike Howard. “We played really well against Hazelwood West. We looked tired against Hazelwood Central. A week of four games took its toll on us. We didn’t have a lot left in the tank.
“We have a tough week ahead with Waynesville and Camdenton coming in.”
