  • March 9
    Officers responded to the 1000 block of North Jefferson for a report
    of domestic violence. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a
    female, 51, of St. James, Missouri was the reported victim of a verbal
    domestic assault. No arrest was made and no criminal charges were filed.
    Officers responded to the 500 block of West Washington and arrested
    Jeremy A Ellis, 30, of St. James, Missouri, for an outstanding warrant
    through Phelps County. J. Ellis was transported and booked into the
    Phelps County Jail.
    Officers responded to the 600 block of West Washington for a report of
    an assault. Upon arrival, officers discovered that two females, age
    16, and 19, of St. James, Missouri, were the reported victims of
    domestic assault. Miya Goetz, 19, of St. James, Missouri, was
    arrested for domestic assault. Sheryl Derrick, 38, of St. James,
    Missouri, was arrested for domestic assault.
    March 10
    Officers responded to the 10 block of Industrial Drive for a report of
    a Stealing. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that a business was the
    reported victim of a stealing whereas two propane tanks were taken
    without the owner's consent.
    Officers conducted a traffic stop of a male, 30, of St. James, in the
    500 block of East James Boulevard for a Signal Violation, Failure to
    Register a Motor Vehicle, Speeding and Careless & Imprudent Driving.
    The operator was issued citations at the scene.
    Officers responded to the 100 block of Burchwood Drive for a report of
    a Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that a
    female, age 25, of St. James and a male, age 28, of St. James, were
    reported victims of a Domestic Disturbance.
    Officers responded to the 100 block of N. Outer Road and arrested
    Stephen Paul White, 30 year old male of St. James, for an outstanding
    Misdemeanor Warrant out of Phelps County. Subject was transported and
    booked into Phelps County Jail.
    Officers responded to the 400 block of St. Francis Avenue for a report
    of an Assault. Officers discovered a 43 year old female of St. James,
    was the victim of an assault. Case forwarded to City Attorney for
    review
    March 11
    Officers responded to the 600 block of St. Richard Avenue for a report
    of a Domestic Disturbance. Upon arrival, Officers discovered that a
    female, 86, of St. James, was the reported victim of a Domestic
    Disturbance
    Officers responded to the 600 block of N. Charles Street and arrested
    Dawn Markay James, 46 year old female of St. James, for a Felony
    Arrest Warrant out of Phelps County for Stealing and Narcotics
    Page 2 of 2 - charges. James was found to be in possession of suspected
    Methamphetamine and prescription medication. James was booked into
    Phelps County Jail for her warrant and two counts of Possession of
    Controlled Substance.
    Officers responded to the 100 block of W. Washington Street for a
    report of a suspicious vehicle. Officers contacted a 24 year old
    female of St. James and she agreed to leave the area. No charges filed.
    March 12
    Officers responded to the 200 block of Florine Street and arrested
    Donald J Pankey, 34, of St. James, Missouri. D. Pankey was
    transported and booked into the Phelps County Jail for an outstanding
    warrant, unlawful possession of a firearm, and unlawful use of drug
    paraphernalia.
    March 13
    Officers responded to the 100 block of North Outer Road for a report
    of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a female, age
    39, of Salem, MO was the victim of a full order of protection
    violation. Tommy Melton, age 37 of St. James, MO was arrested for
    violation of order of protection for adult 1st offense. Tommy was
    incarcerated at the Phelps County Jail
    Officers responded to the 500 block of West Washington and arrested
    Sharon D. Moreland, 54, of St. James, Missouri, for an outstanding
    active warrant through Phelps County. S. Moreland was transported and
    booked into the Phelps County Jail.
    Officers responded to the 200 block of East James Blvd for a report of
    a stealing. Upon arrival, officers discovered that a male age 40 of
    St. James, MO was the reported victim of a stealing whereas cash and
    prescription medication valued at $400 was taken without the owner’s
    consent.
    March 14
    At the 200 block of North Bourbeuse, Officers took a report of a
    Fraud. Officers discovered that a female, 29, of Belle, Missouri, was
    the reported victim of a Fraud. Value of loss is approximately $100.00.
    Officers took a report at the 200 block of North Bourbeuse for Leaving
    the Scene of an Accident. Officers discovered that a female, 59, of,
    St. James, was the victim of a Leaving the Scene Accident.
    Officers responded to the 100 Block of Pinto Street for the report a
    Verbal Domestic. Upon arrival, officers discovered that two male
    subjects were involved in a verbal altercation only. No injuries were
    reported, no charges have been filed.
