  • For the fourth time since Jan. 6, the Rolla Police Department and Phelps County coroner's office are investigating a death in the Rolla city limits.
The RPD media log states that an investigation is ongoing regarding a 45-year-old female found deceased Sunday, Jan. 12, in her residence in the 10 block of Windsor Street.
Deputy Coroner Lenox Jones told the Daily News he received a call about the woman identified as Sheila Quigley at approximately noon.
Jones said it initially appears no foul play is suspected and that the death was due to natural causes, but said the investigation is continuing.
Jones said no autopsy is scheduled for Quigley at this time.
Quigley is the fourth individual found deceased in a Rolla residence in the past week.
On Jan. 6, police found Nichole S. Licklider, 25, in a residence on Avon Court. Her death is believed to be from natural causes.
Then on Jan. 9, the body of Kyle G. Holzhausen, 24, was found in a home on Elmwood Drive. Trevor P. Turnbull, 21, has been charged with first-degree murder of Holzhausen.
Later that night, Joseph Howell, 34, was found dead in an East 14th Street house. The cause and manner of his death are unknown at this time.
Autopsies are scheduled this week for Holzhausen and Howell.
