An investigation into a series of burglaries and thefts in the Crocker area has led to the arrest of three individuals from Pulaski County and summonses issued for two other people.
The incidents began last month when numerous homeowners from the Crocker area experienced crimes of theft or vandalism at their homes and properties.
The Pulaski County Sheriff’s Department began an investigation into the matter and has since arrested three suspects after evidence developed implicating their involvement.
James R. Sherrell, of Dixon, was charged with second-degree burglary and is currently in the Pulaski County Jail with a $100,000 cash-only bond.
Nicholas Howe and Star’Lynn Gann, both of Dixon, were each charged with tampering in the first degree on $10,000 bonds each.
Jason Guehrer and Brian Pigott, both of Crocker, each have been issued criminal summonses for the charge of receiving stolen property.
Pulaski County detectives will continue their investigation into these crimes and are expecting additional arrest warrants to be issued this week regarding the Crocker incidents.
