  • Two men and one woman from Rolla have been accused of possessing methamphetamine after law enforcement officers served a search warrant on Bray Avenue Thursday.

  • Two men and one woman from Rolla have been accused of possessing methamphetamine after law enforcement officers served a search warrant on Bray Avenue Thursday.
    Charles E. “Skip” Faulkner, 54, of Rolla, was arrested and has been charged with possession of methamphetamine with the intent to distribute.
    The two other charged are Anna M. Potts, 19, and Clint E. Harris, 30, both of Rolla, each for possession of methamphetamine.
    The three were charged after officers of the South Central Drug Task Force, Rolla Police Department and Phelps County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant in the 800 block of Bray Avenue in Rolla Thursday.
    As a result, officers seized a quantity of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
    Faulkner, Potts and Harris all were incarcerated at the Phelps County Jail pending warrant applications.
