Bulldogs knock off Hillcrest 22-14 to finish 5-3.

The Rolla High School junior varsity football team ended its season on a winning note, defeating Springfield Hillcrest 22-14 Monday at Lions Memorial Field.

The jayvee Bulldogs end the campaign with a 5-3 record.

Rolla totaled more than 300 yards of offense with a balanced attack.

Sophomore quarterback Zach Brown rushed for two touchdowns and hit junior Elpidio Matos with a TD pass. Aaron Davis caught a pair of two-point conversion passes.

The Bulldog defense came up with a key fourth-and-goal stop.
