  • Coed League ends regular season

  • Championship games are set for Thursday at Ber Juan Park's Morgan Field.

  • Wave Internet, Central Missouri Sportscards and Karma were the second-half winners of their respective divisions in the Rolla Coed Softball League.
    The Coed League wrapped up the second-half schedule with Lower Division games last week.
    Wave Internet won the Middle Division second-half title with a 6-2 record while Central Missouri Sportscards was the Middle B Division winner at 6-2 and Karma won the Lower Division at 7-0.
    The Rolla Coed Softball League championships will be held Thursday on Morgan Field at Ber Juan Park. The championship games pit the first-half winner against the second-half winner in each division.
    In the Middle B Division title game Thursday, J&S Small Engine Repair meets Central Missouri Sportscards at 6 p.m. while in the Lower Division title game High-Tech Roofing faces Karma at 7 p.m.
    Wave Internet won both halves in the Middle Division, clinching the overall championship.

    Lower Division
    Party Pro 24, Misfits 5: Gabe Medina had a homer, three singles and scored four runs while Ken Clayton had two hits and scored four times and Bonnie Ranney and Mark Ranney each had three hits and scored three runs and Party Pro won. Nick Fazzio had a homer for Misfits.

    Karma 14, Misfits 0: Tyler Powell had a homer, double and scored twice while Matt Booker had three hits and scored twice and Maegen Shults and Danna Perkins each had two hits and scored twice as Karma won. Nate Wallen doubled for Misfits.

    Party Pro 15, S&T Staff 4: Medina had three hits and scored two runs while Steve Underwood had a triple, single and scored twice and John Butz had a double, single and scored twice as Party Pro won. Kevin Chambers had a homer, double and scored two runs for S&T Staff.

    Karma 29, S&T Staff 10: Billy Skaggs had a homer, three singles and scored four runs while Christian Santos had five hits and scored three times and Shults had four hits and scored three runs as Karma won. Don Howdeshell and John Kean each had a hit and scored twice for S&T Staff.

    Team Undecided 13, Benchmark Healthcare 12: Team Undecided scored four runs in the bottom of the fourth inning to win. No last names were provided for Team Undecided. Layton Melville had three hits and scored three runs and Cody Goodin had two doubles and scored twice for Benchmark.

    Tater Patch 19, Benchmark Healthcare 8: Benie Gresham had a homer, single and scored twice while Justin Martin had a triple, two doubles and scored three runs and Chris Kamproth homered as Tater Patch won. Tori Whitelock had a single and scored two runs and Nick Downing had two hits and scored a run for Benchmark.

    Tater Patch 14, Rolla Bombers 4: Gresham smacked two homers, a double, single and scored four times while Martin had a triple, double, single and scored three runs and Kamproth had a homer, triple and double as Tater Patch won. No last names were provided for Rolla Bombers.
