Barbara S. Ellis of St. James, Mo., passed away on June 12, 2013 at St. Clair Hospital in Fenton, Mo. Barbara Ellis was 57 years, 1 month and 20 days of age.
Barbara S. Ellis was born on April 23, 1956 in St. Louis, Mo. to her parents: George and Charlotte (Gottemann) Faulkner. Barbara Faulkner was united in marriage to Roger Dale Ellis on April 10, 1975 in St. James, Mo.
Barb Ellis liked to fish, read, swim and camp with the family. Barb loved spending time with her granddaughters and her family. She loved listening to George Jones. She also like playing games on the computer and with her friends. Barb will be especially missed by all who knew and loved her.
Barb Ellis is survived by her loving husband: Roger Dale Ellis of the home; one son: Jeremy Ellis and wife Amanda of St. James, Mo.; one daughter Crystal Gresham and husband Benie of Rolla, Mo. ; daughter-in-law: Melissa Pointer of Indiana; three sisters: Sandra Johnson and husband Randy of St. James, Mo.; Peggy Reed of Sullivan, Mo.; and Linda Bullock and husband Terry of St. James, Mo.; brother: Alan Faulkner and wife Donna of PA. Six granddaughters: Tiffany Gresham, Christina Gresham, Haley Ellis, Justus Ellis, Taneya Griffin, Trinity Pointer and one step grandson: Jonas Gresham. Along with many neices and nephews.
Preceding Barb Ellis in death is one son: Roger Ellis Jr.; parents: George and Charlotte Faulkner and sister: Martha Stroud.
Visitation for Barb Ellis will on Friday, June 14, 2013 from 6-8 PM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 11 AM at the Jones Funeral Home in St. James, Mo. with Steve Barber officiating. Pallbearers will be: Kevin Walls; Pat Wyatt; Jimmy Brown; Ed Prenavo; Chris Greenhalgh and Herman Bradshaw. Burial will be in the St. James Cemetery in St. James, Mo.
