The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive Thursday, June 13, from noon to 3 p.m. at the Bond Clinic, 600 Blues Lake Parkway, Rolla.
The Community Blood Center of the Ozarks will hold a blood drive Thursday, June 13, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Phelps County Regional Medical Center, 1000 W. 10th St., Rolla.
The PCCares meeting will be held Thursday, June 13, from noon until 1 p.m. in Classroom 1 at Webster University. Lunch will be provided. The speaker will be Bill White, MA, LPC, and children's counselor of the Russell House. His presentation will be about the unknown prevalence of domestic violence in the community. Chapter MW of PEO will meet Thursday, June 13, at 1 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church. Louise Smith and Roberta Bell will be hostesses. Barbara Patterson will give the program.
The regular monthly meeting of the Meramec Regional Planning Commission will begin at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, June 13, at the MRPC office located at 4 Industrial Dr. in St. James. This meeting is open to the public. People needing more information may call 573-265-2993.
Ozark Rivers Audubon Chapter-Rolla will hold its annual picnic at Audubon Trails Nature Center, Thursday, June 13, starting at 6 p.m. The center can be found by taking a right turn off White Columns Drive at Meriweather Road and then straight down the hill to the center parking lot. The chapter will furnish fried chicken, drinks and all the necessary accouterments. Attendees should bring a covered dish or dessert for all to share as well as a camp chair to sit on. There is no rain date for the event.
Benchmark Healthcare of Rolla will host a blood drive Thursday, June 13, from 2-6 p.m. at its facility at 1200 McCutchen Drive, Rolla. People above the age of 16 who have not donated within the last 60 days can donate blood.
