The search for two federal fugitives ended this week with the arrest of James Rhodenizer, 54, and Stephen Klasing, 32, who were both wanted by Pulaski County authorities and federal agents.
Rhodenizer was arrested Wednesday night, May 15, by Pulaski County deputies and federal agents in northwestern Pulaski County.
Rhodenizer was wanted on multiple state and federal drug and property crime charges. Also, found in Rhodenizer's possession was a large sum of cash, along with a powdery material believed to be a controlled substance.
Earlier this week Klasing was arrested in Oklahoma on federal and state drug charges stemming out of Pulaski County.
For the past three months Klasing has been on the Pulaski County Sheriff Department's most wanted list, and was featured as a fugitive by the U.S. Marshal's Service on national television.
Both men are now in federal custody awaiting legal proceedings.
