Frank Elmer Curtis, of Rolla, passed away Tuesday May 14, 2013 at Northwest Medical Center, Bentonville, AR at the age of 96.
He was born in Lecoma, Mo., on December 22, 1916 to the late William Franklin Curtis and Maggie Ann (Miller) Curtis.
In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his wivesDorothy (Loughridge) Curtis, and Betty (Scheider) Curtis, three brothers Forest Riley, Fred Curtis, and Robert Curtis, and five sisters, Lucille Beck, Dolly Smith, Bessie Moreland, Dorothy Whites and Nora Mae Mace.
Surviving family includes: Son, Joseph Curtis and wife Cindy of Rogers, AR, one granddaughter, Carrie Harmon, and great-grandson Tyler Curtis Harmon, both of Springfield, MO. Other surviving family members include two sisters, Virginia Jackson, Rolla, Mo. and Hallie Courtway, Arnold, Mo.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday May 16, 2013 at Null & Son Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be conducted at 10 am on Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Ozark Hills Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Rolla.
