Led by individual meet medalist Mark Martin and the winning scramble team of Michael Steelman and Ben Burris, the Rolla High School boys' golf team had no problem in capturing the team championship of the Waynesville Invitational on Monday, winning by 30 strokes.
The Bulldog golfers shot 302 while host Waynesville was runner-up with 332, Cuba third with 339, Osage 367, Camdenton 381 and Crocker 414.
In the tournament format, each school used the scores of two individuals and two scramble teams.
Martin was the individual champion, shooting 4-over-par 76.
Also for the Bulldogs Steelman and Burris won the scramble portion of the tourney with 71 while Justin Isaacson and Denver Spurgeon was second in scramble with 76. Jake Drewniak took fourth individually with 83.
