Lady Tigers suffer first loss of season.

The St. James High School girls' soccer team suffered its first loss of the season on Monday, falling to Fatima 2-1 in non-conference action at the St. James Middle School Field.
Junior forward Jaqui Rosas got the lone Lady Tiger goal in the final two minutes of play.
Senior Courtney Voepel was in goal for St. James, making 11 saves.
Rosas and senior Charley Lepper each had two shots on goal for the Lady Tigers while junior Ali Kean and senor Macy Damewood each had one.
St. James, which opened with a 5-0 win over Belle, falls to 1-1 while Fatima improves to 2-3.
Fatima also won the 20-minute junior varsity game 1-0. Junior keeper Makayla Bates made six saves for the St. James jayvee squad while sophomore Julia King and freshman Angel Macormic each had a shot on goal.
The Lady Tigers are scheduled to play at St. Clair on Thursday in Four Rivers Conference action, starting at 5 p.m.
