Aaron F. Jeffers was born Groundhogs Day of 1973. In July of 1995 he found out why he was born, and accepted Godís call to ministry. His passion is to encourage people with the grace and truth of God found in Jesus Christ through the Holy Spiritís power with the Word of God.

Heís married to a wonderful woman, Amy, since November 13th, 1997. They have the joy of being parents of three great kids. Aaron and Amy lived in New Zealand with their first child from 1999-2000 he serving as a Pastor in Richmond, then served as Pastor at Oak Missouri for approximately five years, and Saint James Christian Church for six years. Currently Aaron is an Associate Chaplain with Days of Hope Ministry.

March 28, 1915
First American killed in WWI
The first American to die in World War I was killed two years before the US declared war on Germany. On March 28, 1915, Leon Thresher, a mining engineer, was aboard the RMS Falaba enroute to Africa when it was sunk by a German submarine. Over one hundred persons died including Thresher.
