John Francis Fink, of Newburg, MO, passed away Friday February 8, 2013, in Columbia, MO at the age of 33.
He was born in Waynesville, MO, on May 25, 1979, to Francis and Dorothy (Harris) Fink.
John worked in Construction and worked for G & D Steakhouse. He loved to hunt, fish, ride 4-wheelers, backroading, and playing in the mud. He was an outdoors person.
John will be greatly missed by his surviving family which includes: his parents, Francis & Dorothy Fink, of the home; his daughters, Hope & Mia Fink of Texas; three sisters, Penny Henson and husband Mike of Rolla, Mary (Candy) Taylor and husband Larry of Jerome, and Debbie Baumgartner and friend Sam Mardis of Newburg; nieces, Mindy Barnwell, Amber Taylor, Tiffany Taylor and Makayla Barnwell; nephews, John Barnwell, Josh Barnwell, Justin Barnwell, Dustin Barnwell, Skyler Baumgartner, & Thomas Baumgartner; great niece, Righlee Barnwell and Onna Barnwell; great nephew, Robbie Barnwell; special friends, Crystal Headrick and Mandy Gray; and many other family & friends. He will be greatly missed by all.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents Ted & Faye Harris, George & Helen Miller; his nephew James Barnwell, and Uncles Bob Barnwell & Kenny Harris.
Many deer will now be safe.
A funeral service for John Fink will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at the Null and Son Funeral Home of Rolla. Interment will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m. on Monday, February 11 at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the family to help with funeral expenses.
