Two of the three subjects listed in the Pulaski County's "Fugutives Wanted" news release Wednesday are now in custody.
Within hours of the initial release, fugutive Kevin Keeling was apprehended in Waynesville without incident.
At approximately 10 a.m. Thursday morning, fugitive Ryan Kelley was arrested at a business in St. Robert, also without incident. A female accompanying fugitive Kelley was also arrested.
All of these subjects are now in custody at the Pulaski County jail
Three fugitives are believed to be in the Pulaski County area and the sheriff’s department is asking for the public’s assistance in finding them.
Ryan Kelley has multiple felony warrants for burglary and firearm-related crimes. He is considered “armed and dangerous,” with a “strong criminal background.” Kelley is 31-year-old is 6’1"and weighs 190 pounds, with brown hair, blue eyes, and usually wears a baseball cap.
Kevin Keeling also has a “strong criminal background,” according to the sheriff's department and has felony drug charges out of Pulaski County. The 52-year-old is 5’8" and weighs 185 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes, and might have a beard or mustache.
Stephen Klasing is considered armed and dangerous with a violent criminal background. He is a federal fugitive and has felony drug charges. The 31-year-old is 6’3" and weighs 210 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes, with multiple scars and gold-capped front teeth.
