City Talk: City kicks off 2013 with public presentations

I’m sure everyone has been just as bewildered with the roller-coaster type of weather we have been having in the Ozark Highlands – and throughout the U.S. for that matter – as I am, but be assured that Old Man Winter will eventually raise its head before winter’s end, and we’ll be in the thick of a true Missouri snowstorm before long.
