Cambridge Brewing Company has several beers planned for its CBC Bottling Project in 2013.
However, they still do not know what they will be releasing in May. Brewmaster Will Meyers said readers should be encouraged to vote in the comment section of what Cambridge Brewing Company beer that you want to see released in bottles. I will forward him everyone’s suggestions.
For the record, my vote is going to the “You Enjoy My Stout.”
Other Cambridge Brewing Company beers to look out for this year include fresh batches of Tripel Threat and the Audacity of Hops.
In addition, Meyers said Sgt. Pepper, a farmhouse ale brewed with peppercorns, will be bottled in several small batches starting in the next week.
Also, in February, Meyers will be brewing the Spring Training IPA, which should be available in the middle of March.
So, don’t forget to leave your suggestions on what beer CBC should do next.
