It's open season in Benghazi conspiracies

By the powers vested in me by the Constitution of the United States, I declare open season on Benghazi conspiracy theories. As a US citizen with First Amendment Rights, I assert that three and one half months is the limit on government lying, denial, obfuscation, cover-up and obstruction of justice.
