The Pulaski County Prosecutor’s Office has filed charges against both Monell and Esparza Monday for escape from confinement, a class D felony, and burglary in the first degree, a class B felony.
The bond on both Monell and Esparza was set at $100,000 and they are both now held in the Pulaski County Jail.
