Bill C. Marshall will retire at the end of the year as president of Phelps County Bank after 26 years of service at PCB, and 41 years total in the banking industry.
Marshall currently serves as president and chairman of the board of directors. He served as senior vice president of lending at PCB from 1986-2002. In 2002 Marshall was promoted to president and CEO of the Bank.
Marshall is dedicated to the economic development of the community and has had the privilege to serve on the James Foundation Advisory Board, Missouri Enterprise Board member; board chair, Rolla Regional Economic Commission; president, Ft. Leonard Wood Regional Commerce and Growth Association board member, Rolla Chamber of Commerce board member and Employee Sub S Corporations of America, board member. Also beginning in 2013, he will serve as vice chair of the National Center of Employee Ownership.
Marshall, his wife, Lynda, and son, Sam, will continue to reside in the area. Marshall will remain as chairman of the board of directors at PCB and will continue to serve within the Phelps County community.
