About the artist
Huebner is a regional artist with an eye for bold color and strong lines. The artist shares his subject matter with vivid colors and often utilizes the contrast of light and darkness to draw the viewer to study the complex themes presented in his work.
The exhibit contains over 40 works in acrylic, oil and mixed media. There are both 2-D and 3-D pieces in the exhibit sharing a vast array of subjects.
Huebner is well known in mid-Missouri and has had works displayed in various galleries throughout the Midwest.
He recently had pieces juried into the “Pure Enjoyment” exhibit at The Creamery Arts Center located in Springfield, Mo., and also had work juried into the 25th Annual Arts Rolla Juried Exhibit.
