Due to the potential for heavy rain and unstable weather conditions caused by Hurricane Isaac, the St. James High School football team’s home-opener against Houston has been moved up a day.
The game had been scheduled for Friday, Aug. 31 but has been rescheduled for Thursday, Aug. 30. Game time is 7 p.m. Thursday at the St. James High School Football Field.
Salem has also moved its home game up a day due to the expected weather. Salem will host Confluence Prep Academy of St. Louis at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
