  • Jonah Duckworth scored what proved to be the winning run in the bottom of the sixth inning and Frieda’s Closet held on to post a 8-7 victory over Hi-Tech Collision Tuesday in Rolla Men’s Softball League Lower Division action at Ber Juan Park.
    Duckworth had three hits and scored twice for the winners while J Meurer had a homer and Nathan Brown had two hits and scored twice. Scott Carroll had three hits and scored twice while Nick Frost had a single and scored twice and Eugene Skyles had two doubles and a single for Hi-Tech Collision.

    Lower Division
    Hi-Tech Collision 8, O’Reilly’s 6: Eugene Skyles had a triple and two singles while Bill Burris and Brandon Skyles each had two hits and scored twice as Hi-Tech Collision won. Scott Baker had two hits and scored two runs and Josh Ratliff had a triple, double and scored a run for O’Reilly’s.
    O’Reilly’s 14, A-1 Moving 11: Ratliff had five hits and scored four runs while Scott Baker had three hits and scored three times and Jeff Chrisco had four hits and scored twice as O’Reilly’s won. Cody Rhodes had four hits and scored three runs while Barry Perkins had three hits and scored twice for A-1 Moving.
    Paul’s Furniture 24, Fairground Auto Plaza 14: Mark Bolerjack had five hits and scored four runs while Lance Barred had a triple, three singles and scored three runs and Kris Newkirk and Tim Dotson each had three hits and scored three times as Paul’s Furniture won. Ben Menary had two doubles and scored three runs while Nate Ragan had a double, single and scored three runs for Fairground Auto Plaza.
    Krueger Vending 13, Hartley’s Climate Control 11: Bryant Craft and C.J. Mener each had four hits while and Rick Harris had three hits and scored twice as Krueger Vending won. Justin Light and Dave Julious each had three hits and scored twice for Hartley’s Climate Control.
    Middle B Division                                                                                                Jimmy John’s 21, Grellner Sales 1: Torry Woodcock had three hits and scored four runs while Mike McMillian had a triple, single and scored twice and Von Ellis had a double, single and scored twice as Jimmy John’s won. Anthony Skaggs singled and scored for Grellner Sales.
    McDonald’s 11, Jimmy John’s 9: Andy Jones had a triple and two singles while John Butz had two hits and scored twice and Josh Richards doubled and scored twice as McDonald’s won. Tony Brown had two hits and Woodcock and McMillian each had a hit and scored twice for Jimmy John’s.
    McDonald’s 8, Got The Runs 5: Jones had a triple, single and scored three runs while Butz doubled and scored as McDonald’s won. Corey Dunn had two hits and scored twice and Rob Hribar tripled and scored for Got The Runs.

    Butler Supply 15, Xtreme Life Rolla 5: Adam Veo and Tom Lott each scored three runs as Butler Supply won. Mike Miller plated two runs for Xtreme Life Rolla.
    Patch 14, Xtreme Life Rolla 13: Jason Carroll scored Ray Evans with the winning run in the bottom of the seventh inning as Patch won. Ben Menary scored three runs while Charlie Hudson, Evans, Benie Gresham and Scott Stroff each scored twice for the winners. Mike Miller, Neil Book and Charlie Patterson each scored twice for Xtreme Life Rolla.

    Newkirk Auction Service 25, Log Cabin Advance 14: Randy Gresham had two homers, three singles and scored four runs while Mike Sloan had two homers; Craig Penley had a homer, three singles and scored four runs; Kenny Reed had two homers and a single, and Bryon Poe and Kris Irwin each had a homer and two singles as Newkirk Auction Service won. James Gapsch had two homers and scored three runs; Jason Frost had a homer and triple, and Kyle Henson had a homer and single for Log Cabin Advance.
    Newkirk Auction Service 21, Sport Rehab Base Brawlers 9: Poe clubbed three homers while Irwin had two homers; Chad Henson had a homer and two singles, and Sloan had four hits as Newkirk Auction won. Randy Rhodes had a homer and triple and Kyle Henson and Dustin Woods each had three hits for Sport Rehab Base Brawlers.
