After suffering a number of tough losses to Northern Kentucky over the last three seasons, the No. 17-ranked Missouri S&T's men's soccer team got the decisive play to go their way Sunday afternoon and knocked off the No. 1-ranked Norse 2-1 at the S&T Soccer Field.


Kyle Schraier, who scored the game-winning goal in Friday's win over Bellarmine, broke a one-all tie with a goal at the 68:31 mark and the Miner defense made that lead hold up as the Norse threw waves of scoring threats at it in the final minutes of the contest.
