We wanted to take this opportunity to educate everyone on why a business would want to belong to the Chamber of Commerce.

You might wonder, “What would my business gain by belonging to the Chamber?” or “What does the Chamber do?”

We wanted to take this opportunity to educate everyone on why a business would want to belong to the Chamber of Commerce.
You might wonder, “What would my business gain by belonging to the Chamber?” or “What does the Chamber do?”
As a member of the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce, you gain a network of business partners who work together to help and promote Rolla’s growing economy.
At the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce, a number of networking and educational events are planned regularly that can help you get to know people and to get to know how the Chamber works.
When you work on a committee, you are working together towards a common goal aimed at achieving the same purpose. Once you develop relationships with fellow Chamber members, they will begin to feel comfortable with you and either do business with you and/or refer you to others.
The other side of your Chamber membership is supporting an organization that works for the greater good of the Rolla community. Membership dues allow Chamber staff to spend time working on issues that directly affect the business climate and overall health and wealth of the Rolla community.
From educational issues to visitor growth and community branding, your membership dollars are an investment in a key, forward-thinking community organization.
Active membership in the Chamber of Commerce carries with it a sense of accomplishments and inner satisfaction from the knowledge that one is doing his fair share in an important job - although everyone in the community benefits from the work of the Chamber of Commerce.
We all have a business or professional stake in the Rolla community. That stake can be safeguarded, protected and advanced by working cooperatively through the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce with other business and professional people.
Such a joint effort helps to ensure progress for Rolla and that, in turn, enhances opportunities for us to grow and prosper. Benefits, tangible and intangible, will result from your membership in the Rolla Area Chamber of Commerce.
Our monthly membership meetings offer an opportunity for networking with other chamber members as well as keeping in touch with town and state government officials.
