The New York Times reported last night that Hillary Clinton used a personal email account when she was secretary of state, a move that may have broken the rules. Clinton never had a State Department email address, and her email account wasn’t archived as it would have been had she had the State Department email. Clinton’s spokesman responded by telling CNN, "Like Secretaries of State before her, she used her own email account when engaging with any department officials."
